- Organization and execution of production, responsibility for production work results, control over the implementation of goals;
- Coordination of daily team activities, motivation and development;
- Analysis of production efficiency and implementation of process improvements;
- Interest in innovative solutions, their application and selection, assessment of economic benefits and their acquisition possibilities;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene requirements.
Employee requirements
- Higher education;
- Work experience as a production manager or other managerial positions;
- Good knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene standards (assessed as an advantage);
- Ability to manage projects and teams, organize work;
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions and take responsibility;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment;
- Excellent communication, presentation and argumentation skills;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English.
