Nature of work
- Organizing the work of the kitchen team and coordinating daily activities, ensuring the smooth running of processes;
- Production planning - responsible ordering of raw materials, planning the quantities of semi-finished products and dishes, achieving efficiency and minimal risk of write-offs;
- Introducing new employees, training, motivating and quality control of existing team members;
- Constant monitoring of food quality, hygiene and technological processes;
- Active work in the kitchen together with the team;
- Maintaining economic accounting, carrying out inventories and responsible resource management.
