Your responsibilities
✻ Plan and organize daily production - from orders, raw materials and schedules to smooth production delivery
✻ Ensure that our products are produced with quality, safety, aesthetics and according to agreed recipe and technological standards
✻ Manage production costs, cost price, write-offs and raw material usage, constantly looking for more efficient solutions
✻ Grow the production team - clearly distribute work, train, support and help employees achieve the best result
✻ Develop and improve products and production processes so that Pleassurie grows while maintaining taste, quality and its idea
✻ Ensure that our products are produced with quality, safety, aesthetics and according to agreed recipe and technological standards
✻ Manage production costs, cost price, write-offs and raw material usage, constantly looking for more efficient solutions

✻ Are a responsible, practical and people-oriented manager, able to maintain a clear standard
✻ You value taste, aesthetics, quality and look for ways to do the job better, simpler and more efficiently
✻ You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, Russian and English
