Nature of work
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Smoothly organize and control the work of the kitchen team;
- Plan the need for employees and organize shift work;
- Ensure the quality of dishes, compliance with portions and technological cards;
- Control product residues, orders, write-offs and inventories;
- Monitor the cost of dishes and product consumption;
- Organize preparation (PREP) work and ensure that the kitchen is ready for work;
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and internal standards;
- Train new employees and develop the existing team;
- Solve daily kitchen problems and constantly look for ways to make processes more efficient;
- Cooperate with the restaurant manager and administration.
Employee requirements
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Experience working as a production manager, head chef or in a similar position;
- Ability to lead a team and clearly distribute work;
- Responsibility, organization and initiative;
- Knowledge of food production, hygiene and food safety processes;
- Ability to control costs, residues and production efficiency;
- Orientation not only to good food, but also to the result and a strong team.
