Nature of work
Deputize for the production manager and lead the production department, ensuring a smooth, safe and efficient production process;
Plan and organize shift work, distribute tasks and ensure efficient use of resources;
Ensure the implementation of production plans, production quality and adherence to deadlines;
Analyze production results, identify problems and initiate solutions that increase operational efficiency and production quality;
Plan the need for necessary raw materials and ensure their timely supply for production;
Participate in the implementation of new products and production processes;
Ensure compliance with work procedures, occupational health and safety and fire safety requirements;
Cooperate with technology, R&D, commerce and other departments of the company to ensure a smooth production process.

Employee requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in managing a production unit or production team;
Knowledge of production processes and the ability to effectively organize production activities;
Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills;
Ability to make decisions quickly and work in a dynamic environment;
Responsibility, initiative and orientation towards quality and results;
Ability to work both independently and in a team;
Good computer skills.
