We are looking for our first factory foreman, who would become an example for future team members and help create the culture of the Zoomis factory from the very first days. The factory foreman is one of the most important people in the business, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly: from quality and processes to the rhythm of the team.

We are looking for a special person with whom we hope to work for a long time, grow together and create a new standard of pet nutrition in Lithuania 💚

Once we find the right candidate, the salary can be negotiated.

The factory foreman will divide his time between the office and production facilities. The production facilities are cool, and the recipes use animal-based ingredients, including organs.

-- What will you do? --

• Leadership

I will work directly with the founder of the business

I will contribute to the creation of the first team of kitchen masters

I will organize the work of kitchen masters and daily tasks

I will provide regular updates to the founder of the business about the team, production and process situation

I will inform you in a timely manner about problems that may affect production, quality, the team or the implementation of business goals

• Team management

I will organize the team's work schedules and shift planning

I will monitor the quality and results of the team's work

I will contribute to employee evaluation, feedback and development

I will monitor the results of the team's work and contribute to the evaluation of employee performance

I will recognize good results, initiative and contribute to the recognition and motivation of employees

I will provide recommendations for employee evaluation, incentives and growth opportunities

I will help resolve daily team situations and conflicts

I will be the first contact person for team issues in production

We are looking for a real team a player who is not afraid to contribute to production and help the kitchen masters when needed

• Production Organization

Organize daily production and shift work

Coordinate the flow of raw materials, production and finished products

Ensure that production runs smoothly from receiving raw materials to preparing the frozen product for shipment

Monitor the implementation of production plans

Help plan production capacities and resources

Contribute to improving production efficiency

• Quality and processes

Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene and quality requirements

Monitor documentation, traceability and self-control processes

Contribute to the development of processes, instructions and work methods

Monitor discrepancies, incidents and contribute to their resolution

Help create new standards for a growing factory
