IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL HAVE:
- Administer warranty service cases related to work performed, spare parts or repair process.
- Collect, verify and enter into the helpdesk system all information required for the warranty process.
- Coordinate information between customers, partners, incident managers, spare parts team, technical team and other internal teams.
- Administer the return process of defective or warranty parts: track which parts need to be returned, where they are, what their status is and what actions are still missing.
- Coordinate the administration and status tracking of parts, documents or other shipments required for the warranty process.
- Assist in preparing information for warranty resolution, supplier claims or internal case assessment.
- Monitor open warranty and administrative actions, ensure they are not lost and have a clear next step.
- Maintain orderly and traceable information in the helpdesk system.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have experience in administration, customer service, warranties, document management, service.
- You have a technical understanding of vehicles, service, repair or spare parts.
- You are meticulous, responsible and able to work with documents, deadlines and multiple tasks at the same time.
- You are able to communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and partners.
- You have excellent oral and written English (or German, French).
- You are able to work in a structured way, track case statuses and escalate risks in a timely manner.
ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience in an automotive, bus, heavy transport, manufacturing or service company.
- Experience working with Odoo or similar business management systems.

- Salary from 2,500 to 2,800 EUR (gross). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate taking into account his experience, competencies and ability to independently achieve results.
