Stelauto, which represents the Peugeot, Opel, Citroen, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, DS Automobiles and Chery brands, is inviting a responsible WARRANTY MANAGER with similar work experience to join its team that values professionalism and cooperation.
Responsibilities we will entrust you with:
- Arrangement of warranty repair accounts and collection of necessary documents according to the manufacturer's requirements;
- Entry of warranty repairs into the manufacturer's warranty program, obtaining approval;
- Closing warranty repair accounts in the AUTOMASTER program and preparation and sending warranty reimbursement documents to the importer;
- Ensuring the storage procedure for replaced warranty parts;
- Supervision and management of warranty actions initiated by the manufacturer;
- Communication with manufacturer/importer representatives.
We expect from you:
- You can boast of successful 2-3 years of similar work experience;
- You have excellent knowledge of car design;
- You have mastered the basic MS Office programs, AUTOMASTER knowledge is a great advantage;
- Among your strengths are diligence, attentiveness, organization, quick orientation, responsibility;
- You have a driver's license.
Working hours and place of work
8 hours of work per day is arranged individually according to the service's working hours: I–V 7:00–18:00, VI-VII - CLOSED.
