In your daily work you will be responsible for:
- Building maintenance and administration, administration of defects that occurred during the warranty period, organization of elimination, control of correction and resolution of related issues;
- Organization, coordination of the work of building maintenance, territory maintenance and other building maintenance service providers, quality supervision and control of the services they provide/perform;
- Inspection of warranty and operational defects/malfunctions at facilities;
- Preparation of claims, letters;
- Communication with customers/clients and subcontractors on warranty and operational defects/malfunctions;
- Administration and supervision of contracts of subcontractors and service providers.
- If necessary, search, selection, tendering, preparation and coordination of contracts for the performance of warranty and operational works and the provision of services.
What we expect:
- Higher education in construction/engineering;
- Knowledge of construction works and building engineering systems;
- Excellent working skills in MS Office programs, clerical skills;
- At least 3 years of similar work experience in construction works, maintenance of buildings and their engineering systems, warranty maintenance of buildings;
- Cat. B driver's license;
- Diligence, diligence, responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team, logical thinking.
- Initiative, quick orientation and good negotiation skills.
