We are looking for a Warranty Maintenance Engineer to join our team, who would contribute to the technical maintenance of new apartment buildings and help ensure high quality of residential projects throughout their operation.
You will work with modern residential projects that have advanced engineering systems, smart management solutions and high quality standards. In this position, not only technical knowledge is important, but also the ability to quickly solve problems, coordinate the work of contractors and ensure high-quality fulfillment of warranty obligations.
The workplace is in Kaunas, but you will periodically go on business trips to Klaipėda, where you will maintain assigned objects. Business trips usually last 2-3 working days, and working hours are planned flexibly - travel time is included in working time.

What will you do in this position?
- you will monitor the condition of new construction apartment buildings and engineering systems;
- you will identify technical failures, defects and coordinate their elimination;
- you will organize and control the implementation of warranty work;
- you will cooperate with contractors, residents and other project participants;
- you will carry out technical maintenance of objects and ensure their compliance with the requirements;
- you will prepare technical documentation, acts and other related documents;
- you will make proposals for the improvement of technical solutions and processes.
What do we expect from you?
- higher education in the field of construction or engineering;
- work experience in the field of technical maintenance, operation or warranty maintenance of buildings;
- certificate of technical maintenance manager of a building (required);
- knowledge of construction technical regulations and legal acts;
- ability to independently plan work and make decisions;
- responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- good communication and cooperation skills.
