Construction defect management (commercial and residential projects);
Planning and organizing repair work (scoping, budgeting, contractor search, price analysis);
Supervision of ongoing repair work, contractor control;
Consulting clients on technical maintenance issues of buildings;
Analysis of technical solutions, providing proposals for improving solutions.

What do we expect
Higher education in the field of construction/engineering (can be a final year student);
Work experience in the construction warranty maintenance department (advantage);
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, initiative;
Knowledge of construction legislation and project implementation requirements;
Responsibility and orientation towards quality and results. Desire to grow and improve;
Knowledge of foreign languages (English) is an advantage.
