BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Construction defect management (residential and commercial projects)
- Planning and organizing repair work (scope, budget, contractor search, price analysis)
- Supervision of ongoing work and contractor control
- Consulting clients on technical maintenance issues
- Analysis of technical solutions and providing proposals
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher education in the field of construction / engineering (an advantage)
- You have experience in the field of construction or warranty maintenance, building administration
- You have good computer skills
- You are familiar with construction processes and legislation
- You have good communication skills
- You have a category B driver's license and your own car
