Nature of work:
Organize and control warranty maintenance work in implemented projects;
Ensure that warranty obligations are fulfilled on time and with high quality;
Accept completed objects for warranty maintenance, ensure that all necessary documentation is provided (acts, warranty certificates, journals, instructions, etc.);
Prepare, plan and control the warranty maintenance budget, analyze its use and optimize costs;
Analyze the causes of construction defects and make proposals for their prevention;
Perform quality control of construction works in accordance with technical regulations, norms and company standards;
Prepare, maintain and update the company's quality assurance procedures and internal instructions;
Be interested in new construction technologies and solutions, make proposals for their implementation in the company;
Accumulate, systematize and constantly update construction rules, methodologies and standards;
Monitor customer satisfaction with the work performed, analyze the feedback received and initiate actions to improve quality and service processes;
Organize internal quality training or seminars, involving third parties, partners and suppliers of building materials;
Cooperate with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors and customers in resolving quality issues;
Perform the functions of occupational safety management coordinator.

Employee requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in construction or quality management;
Knowledge of construction technical regulations, STR and other legal acts;
Ability to plan and manage a budget, analyze financial data;
Ability to analyze and implement innovations in construction processes;
Experience in organizing training or cooperating with suppliers is an advantage;
Responsibility, initiative, analytical thinking and result orientation;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer orientation;
Stress resistance and ability to work in stressful situations;
Driver's license (category B).
