We are looking for a team member to join our team – someone who would take care of the technical maintenance of our real estate projects after construction and during the warranty period. WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US:
- You will take care of the administration of defects that have arisen during the construction and warranty period, the organization of their elimination and the high-quality process of transferring premises;
- In your daily life - inspections of objects, recording defects, communicating with clients and contractors and finding solutions in various situations;
- You will ensure monitoring of the technical condition of buildings, coordinate finishing works and carry out regular technical inspections;
- You will systematize information, plan work and manage processes from A to Z.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Have experience in construction, real estate maintenance or operation for at least 3-5 years;
- Higher education in construction (engineering);
- Able to independently organize work and plan time;
- Are responsible, meticulous and focused on solutions, not problems;
- Have a driver's license (category B).
