Smooth delivery of orders: Communicate with courier companies and warehouse employees to resolve potential delivery issues to ensure that orders are delivered on time and properly.
Finding optimal delivery solutions: Negotiate with transportation companies and search for the best delivery methods in order to offer efficient and cost-effective delivery solutions.
Other support for team members: Assist team members in their daily work, as well as improve various processes.
