Main responsibilities:
- Administer reports of defects received during the warranty period.
- Communicate with customers and subcontractors regarding the assessment and elimination of defects.
- Investigate the causes of defects, determine methods and deadlines for their elimination.
- Organize and coordinate defect elimination work.
- Accept completed warranty work.
- Search for and select suitable subcontractors to eliminate defects.
- Ensure the fulfillment of warranty obligations of the company's objects throughout Lithuania.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of construction work organization or technical maintenance. Experience in the field of warranty service would be an advantage.
- Higher education. Engineering education would be an advantage.
- Ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of construction work and technological processes (advantage).
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Category B driver's license.
