WARRANTY SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a WARRANTY SERVICE SPECIALIST.

This employee will be responsible for the administration and coordination of warranty repairs, smooth communication with customers, defect removal process management, and other tasks that help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and smooth organization of warranty work.

✔️ Experience in customer service and/or after-sales service – you are able to communicate effectively, resolve conflict situations, maintain calm and professionalism even in difficult situations.

✔️ Independence and responsibility – you know how to work in an organized manner, take responsibility for the tasks you perform and strive for a better result.

✔️ Procedural thinking and logical thinking – you are able to structure information, analyze and improve existing processes, and see systematic solutions.

✔️ Ability to communicate with different parties – both with customers and with project managers or contractors – you know how to express clear expectations, properly convey information and look for solutions.

✔️ Driver's license (Cat. B) – sometimes you may need to inspect objects or meet with customers in the Vilnius area.

✔️ Experience in the construction sector would be a great advantage.

🔹 Organization of warranty repairs and process supervision – you will coordinate warranty work: you will register customer reports of defects, communicate with the work manager and contractors, distribute tasks and ensure their timely and high-quality performance.

🔹 Communication with customers – you will be the main contact person for the customer during the warranty period, answer inquiries, inform about the progress of the work, explain processes and resolve any problems that arise.

🔹 Coordination of internal communication – you will cooperate with the work manager, project manager and contractors so that everyone knows their tasks, completes them on time, and customer issues are resolved effectively.

🔹 Submission and control of claims to contractors – you will record the shortcomings indicated by customers, prepare and submit claims to contractors, monitor the progress of their resolution and ensure compliance with deadlines.

🔹 Resident service coordination – you will administer the periodic home maintenance service: organize scheduled inspections, plan service schedules, and ensure that each home is maintained in a timely and high-quality manner.
