To this end, we are looking for a manager who would take over the after-sales service management of the growing portfolio of residential projects: ensure clear defect recording and communication, timely response from contractors, and most importantly – create a smooth after-sales service process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring warranty maintenance of NT Projects such as "Kaunorama", "Namučiai", etc.: identification, analysis and control of defects.
- Supervision of warranty work performed by contractors: control of volumes, terms and quality. If necessary, you will initiate escalation to legal or contractual actions.
- Supervision of defect recording in the Trello system and by e-mail. You will ensure and improve processes so that clear descriptions, photos, terms and closing statuses are recorded in the system.
- Managing the existing team and creating a clearer departmental work model.
- Timely improvement of the warranty service process.
- Cooperation with contractors, subcontractors, associations, real estate administrators and residents in resolving warranty issues.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 3+ years of experience in construction, real estate maintenance, technical maintenance, building administration, engineering systems or similar field.
- Understanding of construction/engineering defects and ability to distinguish warranty cases from non-warranty cases.
- Knowledge of the basics of legal regulation of construction and warranty obligations, ability to work in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret warranty conditions of contracts.
- Flexibility, insight, ability to adapt to changing situations and atypical problem solving.
- Ability to professionally resolve conflict situations.
- Knowledge of how to use task management tools (e.g. Trello or similar) would be an advantage.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in Lithuanian (English or Russian would be an advantage).
