You will be responsible for:
- control of the production technological process and organization of work of employees performing it;
- compliance with technological parameters set for processes and products and compliance with technological documents;
- preparation of plans and schedules for technological maintenance and preventive work of equipment and their timely execution;
- timely and high-quality implementation of the strategic, annual and other operational goals of the unit, submission of proposals and initiation of necessary actions to achieve the set goals;
- active involvement in planning, attracting, developing and motivating employees, and ensuring smooth communication;
- preparation and execution of the unit's annual budget;
- maintenance of long-term relationships with existing customers, involvement in the commercial activities of the unit and participation in development projects, ensuring their implementation.
We hope that by joining us:
- Has a higher education;
- Has at least 3 (three) years of management experience. Experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage;
- Knows the principles of planning and coordinating production and sales capacities;
- Are able to prepare a sales strategy for production and implement it;
- Knows the principles of preparing and approving production, economic, financial and economic activity plans;
- Knows the principles of operating, operating and maintaining production facilities, are able to understand technological processes, identify technical problems and make the necessary decisions;
- Are able to mobilize a team to achieve a goal, organize and coordinate joint work, create an atmosphere of cooperation that enables action;
- Are cooperative, proactive, purposefully pursue a goal;
- Operate smoothly in a dynamic, change-driven environment;
- Communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing; knowledge of English would be an advantage;
- Has a category B driver's license;
- Has a first aid certificate, as well as a certificate of education on employee safety and health issues from the employer or a person representing the employer, and a fire safety certificate.
