Main responsibilities:
- To form a unified strategic direction for the electrification and train traffic management systems of the Lithuanian railways, ensuring the integration, compatibility and effective operation of the subsystems of the entire network
- To initiate, coordinate and ensure the timely implementation of the Rail Baltica railway electrification and signaling subsystems, representing the interests of the Republic of Lithuania in the international project environment
- To develop and expand advanced technological solutions in the fields of railway electrification and signaling, contributing to the technological progress and innovations of the LTG Group
- To represent the interests of LTG Infra in cooperation with contractors, state institutions, international partners and other stakeholders, ensuring the smooth implementation of Rail Baltica activities
- To draw up a plan for the implementation of electrification and signaling subsystems and supervise the implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with the established deadlines, budget and scope
What do we expect?
- Higher education (preferably in the field of technological sciences)
- Work experience in the field of energy, communications or automation projects (preferably in the field of railway electrification, traffic management or signaling projects)
- Experience in leading a structural unit or project team (preferably in the field of energy, communications or automation projects)
- Experience in the implementation of strategic large-scale projects (advantage)
- Knowledge of FIDIC or other project management contracts and legal acts in the fields of energy, communications and automation
- Strategic thinking and result orientation, excellent planning and communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good English language skills
