Your main responsibilities:
We are looking for a diligent and responsible colleague who will take care of the accounting and control of railway services and data related to the movement of wagons.
- Check and enter into the information system “Cargo” data on railway services: wagon loading and unloading, use, weighing, shunting and other services;
- Check the correctness of the fees calculated by railway service providers, analyze discrepancies and unjustified fees;
- Collect, systematize and analyze data on wagon movement, loading and excessive use;
- Prepare information and documents necessary for accounting for services and issuing invoices to customers;
- Keep daily wagon statistics and prepare information on cases of excessive use of wagons;
- Work with the company's information systems, manage and collect accounting documents;
- Collaborate with terminal planners, dispatchers - shift managers and other colleagues.

- You are meticulous, attentive to details and able to work with numbers and large amounts of information;
- You are able to analyze data and notice discrepancies;
- You are good at working with computers, especially MS Excel;
- You are able to independently plan work and meet deadlines;
- You have good communication and collaboration skills.
