IF YOU:
- have a higher university/non-university education
- are able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing
- like and are able to communicate with people and help them
- know English at B2 level
IT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU:
- has experience in the field of railway transport
- has experience in customer service
- has an education in the field of transport

- consulting clients on administrative service provision issues
- receiving documents submitted by clients
- examining requests submitted by clients, making decisions on service provision
- managing service registers and the data contained therein
- implementing department goals, improving service processes and work organization
