YOUR FUNCTIONS
The entire technological process cannot be described in detail to make it easier to understand, just COME to the interview and you will be introduced both theoretically to the future work functions and practically (you will observe the process in production) and any questions you may have will be answered immediately.
The main functions of the molder and the result - a product manufactured according to the technical working drawing;

- Assembling molds and on-board equipment according to the drawings;
- Installing inserts according to the drawing;
- Preparing molds for pouring;
- Concrete pouring, compaction, concreting.
WE HOPE THAT THE CANDIDATE
- Will have experience working in the specified positions or similar (broad-profile builder);
- Will be able to read and understand technical drawings - an advantage;
- Will have the desire, will be hardworking, and responsible.
If you do not have (a lot of) experience, BUT have the desire to learn and become one of our professional molders, are proactive, determined, CONTACT US! We will train and help you become one of us!
JOIN US:
- You will work on a SLIDING SCHEDULE (after 10-11 am shift/starting from 6:00 am), BUT without any night shifts;
- You will work in an interesting and non-monotonous job, since the products produced are diverse;
- You will watch "ŽALGIRIS" matches at the Žalgiris Arena in the VIP box for free;
- You will watch various events in the Žalgiris Arena VIP box for a special price adjusted by the employee;
- You will always have clean work clothes (the employee is given 3 sets of work clothes, the maintenance of which is taken care of by the company);
- You will receive a motivational package;
- You will receive gifts for your birthday and gifts for children - for Christmas/school bags for September 1st;

- Salary is negotiated based on the candidate's experience;
- Salary consists of a fixed salary + performance-based bonuses;
