ABOUT POSITION:
The CEO position at JPRESSWOOD is an opportunity to create and develop a new manufacturing business from scratch, with full responsibility for strategy, team and results within the TMV Capital group. This is a top-level role for a strong leader who wants to build a business, have a real impact and grow with a rapidly expanding group of companies.
NATURE OF WORK:
- To form and implement the business strategy of JPRESSWOOD, taking full responsibility for the establishment and successful operation of the company from the greenfield stage to a mature organization.
- To lead an investment project worth >100 million EUR, ensuring its implementation on time, within budget and in accordance with the planned operational goals.
- To assemble and develop a team of highly competent managers and create an efficiently operating organization (~150 employees).
- To ensure a smooth launch of the plant and achieve the planned production, efficiency and profitability indicators.
- To ensure the efficiency of technological solutions, engineering infrastructure and production processes and their continuous improvement.
- To be fully responsible for the company's performance results: financial indicators, cost control, operational efficiency and return on investment.
- To create strategic synergy with JUODELIAI and other companies of the TMV Capital group.
- To implement the highest standards of operational safety, quality and responsibility.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Significant management experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, with full responsibility for performance results.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale investment or transformation projects (greenfield / new plant development and launch is an advantage).
- Strategic, business and technological thinking, ability to make complex decisions.
- Deep knowledge of production processes, technologies and operational efficiency.
- Ownership approach to business, clear orientation towards value creation and return on investment.
- Strong leadership – ability to assemble, empower and grow a high-level team.
- Ability to act quickly, confidently and take responsibility for strategic decisions.
- Resilience to change and ability to operate in a dynamic, growing organization.
