We are looking for a manager with experience in managing a restaurant chain and concrete achievements in growing the business and its profitability.
In this position, you will be responsible for the business results, strategy and management team of "Čili Pizza". The main priorities are to increase profitability, improve operational efficiency and strengthen the competitiveness of the chain.

Main responsibilities
- Together with the shareholders and the board, you will shape the business direction and ensure that the agreed plans turn into specific work and results.
- You will be responsible for the financial results of the business - you will grow revenue and profitability, manage the budget and look for opportunities to use resources more efficiently.
- You will strengthen the position of "Čili Pizza" in the market - you will initiate commercial solutions that would attract customers, encourage them to return and increase sales.
- You will improve the operations of the restaurant chain - you will solve problems that limit efficiency, initiate changes and ensure that the improvement of operations is reflected in both results and customer experience.
- You will mobilize the team around common goals, clearly allocate responsibilities and create an environment where people take initiative and are responsible for the result.
- You will assess the possibilities of development, investment and technology application, justify their benefits for the business and ensure the implementation of agreed projects.
What to expect:
- Successful management experience in the restaurant business, including responsibility for overall business results.
- Direct responsibility for the profit and loss result, budget and profitability targets of the entire business or an independent business unit.
- Strong financial and commercial thinking - the ability to analyze business indicators, identify the reasons for results and make informed decisions.
- Experience in leading large teams and the activities of units operating in different locations, delegating responsibility and ensuring the achievement of common goals.
- Successfully implemented organizational change or process improvement projects that have provided measurable benefits to the business.
