Nature of work:
- You will develop and implement the business strategy of Čili Pizza.
- You will be responsible for all business results: revenue, profitability, cost control and growth.
- You will lead the restaurant chain and the central team.
- You will ensure the highest standards of customer service, food quality and performance.
- You will analyze performance results, identify growth opportunities and initiate changes.
- You will make data-driven decisions and create a culture of operational efficiency.
- You will collaborate with the board and shareholders in shaping business priorities.
- You will be responsible for the leadership of the organization, developing managers and building a strong team.
What to expect:
- At least 7-10 years of management experience in managing a large-scale business (management of a restaurant chain is an advantage)
- Experience in horeca, retail, services or other operationally intensive sector
- Strong financial and commercial thinking
- Ability to manage large teams and create a culture of high responsibility
- Experience in implementing organizational changes and operational efficiency projects
- Strategic thinking while maintaining a strong focus on operational execution
- A leader who is able to inspire, make decisions and take responsibility for the result
