Responsibilities:

We specialize in electrical (E), low-voltage (LV), process control and automation (PCA) system solutions and the implementation of solar energy projects. As we grow and expand our activities, we invite an experienced and ambitious manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's daily operations and ensure effective process management.
- Ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Develop business, identify new market opportunities and strengthen competitive advantage.
- Manage financial results, budget and investment projects.
- Ensure high quality customer service and project implementation.
- Gather, develop and motivate a team of managers and specialists.
- Represent the company in relations with customers, partners, suppliers and state institutions.
- Initiate solutions for operational efficiency, digitalization and innovation.
- Provide periodic performance reports to the shareholder.
We hope you
- You have at least 5 years of successful management experience in a medium or large company.
- You have experience in construction, engineering systems, energy or related sectors.
- You have excellent knowledge of business management, finance, sales and project management principles.
- You are able to make strategic decisions and take responsibility for results.
- You have strong leadership, negotiation and team building skills.
- You are results-oriented, proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- You have a higher education (in business management, engineering, energy or another related field).
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
- You are flexible, open to change, able to work in a dynamic environment.
