Nature of work
- Registration of patients for doctor consultations, examinations and other healthcare services upon arrival at the medical institution, by telephone or electronic registration means;
- Management of patient flows, coordination of their arrival and referral to healthcare specialists;
- Prompt and accurate entry of information into the institution's information system;
- Provision of information about the healthcare services provided;
- Administration of payments for paid healthcare services, work with the cash register and handling of related accounting documentation;
- Solving patients' questions and problems and pleasant communication.
Full-time work, weekdays, weekends - free.
Place of work: AB "Ortopedijos technika" Gijos klinikos, Partizanų g. 17, Kaunas.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education;
- Correct Lithuanian language;
- Ability to work with a computer;
- Ability to make decisions, manage stressful situations;
- Politeness, helpfulness, correctness, tolerance and patience.
