We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a GL Accounting Specialist / Senior GL Accounting Specialist. The role is suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience in general ledger accounting.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience in general ledger accounting (experience level will determine the title)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What you will do:
- Maintain accurate and timely general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and intercompany balances
- Collaborate professionally with internal teams and clients
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Identify and implement process improvements
