Google Ads specialist

We are looking for someone to join our team who is positive, willing to learn, and able to get along with colleagues. At work, you will need to configure Google Ads advertising campaigns, analyze results, and ensure that advertising pays off for the client.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Google Ads administration according to company standards.
• Analysis and corrections of advertising campaigns.
• Providing reports and recommendations to project managers.
• Constant testing of new ads.
• Constant search for new search phrases (and negative keywords) and monitoring of competitors' actions.
• Effective distribution, control, and optimization of assigned advertising budgets to achieve the best result.
• Working not only with search (Search), but also with Performance Max, Display, or Video (YouTube) campaigns.
• Collaborate with developers or IT team to ensure conversions (e.g. via Google Tag Manager) are tracked correctly.
• Analyze user traffic behavior and proactively provide recommendations on how to improve landing pages and the overall website user experience to maximize sales or inquiries.

• Have at least 1 year of experience working with Google Ads.
• You speak and write Lithuanian fluently.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You have experience working with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• You know how to analyze and make recommendations based on numbers.
• You have a good understanding and orientation towards the main marketing performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, ROI, CTR, CVR).
• You are able to carefully manage budgets, check settings and notice the details that determine the success of campaigns.
• Digital marketing is changing very quickly, so we expect that you are constantly interested in Google Ads innovations and best practices.

ADVANTAGES:

• Valid Google Ads certificates.
• Experience working with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or report visualization via Looker Studio.
• Experience working with large advertising budgets or e-commerce projects.
