What will you actually do?
As a Recruitment Resourcer / Resource Executive, your main goal will be simple: find the right IT specialist for the right job.
Your day-to-day work will include:
🔎 Continuously searching for and identifying IT professionals across Europe
🤝 Building and maintaining relationships with IT specialists
📞 Cold-calling candidates and presenting exciting career opportunities
🎯 Assessing and interviewing candidates to understand their skills and fit
💡 Using market information and leads to grow our candidate network
⭐ Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
You’ll learn how to source candidates, conduct interviews, communicate with professionals, understand the IT recruitment market, and ultimately match the best candidate to each client requirement.

What are we looking for?
You don’t need previous recruitment experience. We’re looking for someone who:
Is ambitious, motivated and driven to succeed
Is confident speaking to new people — including making cold calls
Has a proactive, hands-on and structured approach to work
Can think creatively and solve problems
Handles pressure and challenges well
Has strong time-management skills
Is fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
Has a higher education degree in any field
Is based in Vilnius, Lithuania
Additional EU language skills are a strong advantage
