Graphic Designer (0.5 full-time) - remote

We are looking for a new colleague/partner - a freelance graphic designer, responsible for various types of visual creation for our brand products, e-shop, newsletters and social media.

• Work according to an individual activity certificate. Invoices are paid once a month based on the hours actually worked in the previous month.

What types of work are we looking for reinforcement in?
🔸Creating product visuals for e-commerce (e-shop, marketplace, etc.): infographic visuals, real product usage visuals, visuals complementing text content, etc.
🔸Banners for newsletters and other promo banners.
🔸Visuals for social media advertising and organic posts.
🔸Preparing print files.
🔸Creating banners for digital advertising.
🔸Working with AI visual creation tools for real product usage banners, etc.
🔸Performing template work (adapting banners for markets in different countries (changing text language, etc.))

• We provide descriptions (briefs) for all tasks (visuals), but we also value the insights provided by the designer.
• We will provide the selected partner with access to the visual files database.

🔸Excellent Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills and at least 2 years of experience using them.
🔸Responsibility and diligence, attention to detail.
🔸Ability to work both in a team and individually.
🔸Experience in creating visuals for e-commerce and social media (at least 2 years).
🔸Ability to work consistently and structured.
🔸Ability to work quickly and not get lost in a large amount of information.
🔸Ability to work efficiently and responsibly.
🔸Ability to perform work during working hours 08:00 - 18:00 (within these working hours)

🔸Opportunity to gain experience and contribute to the visual strengthening of international brands.
🔸Competitive salary, depending on experience and competence, from 10 to 17 Eur/h., depending on experience and competence. We pay according to the provided invoice (according to the industrial activity certificate or business certificate) once a month for the hours actually worked. The projected number of working hours is 60-100 hours per month with the possibility of growth.
🔸If necessary, the opportunity to work in an office in Vilnius.
