Graphic designer BENU.lt

Create visuals that thousands of BENU.lt customers see every day! We are looking for a creative designer who will help the BENU.lt online store look attractive, function conveniently and sell effectively.

You will be responsible for BENU.lt's digital visual content: from home page banners to newsletters, social networks and short promotional videos. In this position, you will combine design with commercial goals. You will see the result of your work not only on the screen, but also in clicks, conversions and sales indicators.

You will work together with the e-commerce, marketing and category management teams. Your work will be an important part of BENU.lt's e-commerce growth projects. You will actively use artificial intelligence tools in the creative process to implement ideas faster and bolder.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt banners for the BENU.lt home page, categories, promotions and campaigns.
• Prepare visuals for newsletters, advertising campaigns and social networks.
• Create visual materials for seasonal campaigns, sales and brand communication.
• Create short promotional videos and animations from static images.
• Apply AI image generation and automation solutions in daily work to create content faster and have more variety in visuals.
• Prepare different versions of visuals for A/B testing and evaluate which solutions work best with the team.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing and category management teams.
• Ensure that the BENU brand visual identity is adhered to across all digital channels.
• Monitor digital design, e-commerce and competitor trends and suggest new ideas.

• Have at least 1 year of graphic or digital design experience (experience in e-commerce, marketing is an advantage).
• Have good knowledge of Adobe suite programs, including video editing and animation. Indicate in your CV which programs you have mastered and which you most often use in your work.
• Have a strong portfolio with digital design work: banners, social media visuals, newsletters.
• Are interested in artificial intelligence and have experience or a strong desire to work with AI image and video generation tools.
• Understand that good e-commerce design must not only be beautiful, but also clear, user-friendly and encourage purchase.
• Are creative, proactive, attentive to details and result-oriented.
• Have excellent command of Lithuanian and good command of English.

Advantages

• Animation skills, experience with CapCut or similar tools.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design basics, experience with Figma.
• Experience with A/B testing or marketing automation tools.
• Understanding how Google Ads and Meta Ads advertising formats work.
• Experience in website content administration or working with e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, beauty or health fields.

2200-2500 €/mon. gross
