About us
We are looking for a new team member in a rapidly growing beauty and health company. We are a fast-paced, ambitious and creative team working with well-known brands: AIMX, Glofix, Cell Fusion C, The Organic Pharmacy, TRX2, Viridian and others.
We have several areas of activity:
💄 leading e-store Newcrush,
💅 platform for beauty professionals TikProfesionalams.lt,
🌍 and we create our own private brands that successfully travel to foreign markets.
We need not only someone who can beautifully put together a visual. We need a designer who understands that design must work: help sell, clearly convey the idea and maintain the brand's aesthetics. 🚀
Your visuals will go to campaigns, social networks, online stores, packaging, catalogs and will actually reach tens of thousands of people.

Your visuals will go to campaigns, social networks, online stores, packaging, catalogs and will actually reach tens of thousands of people.
What will be your job?
- Creating visual content for the company's digital communication: Facebook, Instagram, Google / Meta Ads, websites, e-commerce;
- Creating and adapting social media visuals for different platforms;
- Creating promotional materials: banners, leaflets, stickers, gift cards, catalogs, POS materials, etc.;
- Preparing layouts for print;
- Creating and adapting packaging designs for our brands and products;
- Generating creative campaign ideas together with the marketing team;
- Working with AI tools to increase the productivity of design work: faster creation of visual variations and adaptations for different channels, acceleration of technical design processes and more efficient implementation of a larger number of creative tasks;
- Video content editing and editing as needed.
Candidate if:
- Have 2+ years of work experience in graphic design;
- Have an education in design or a related field;
- Able to work quickly, productively and with high quality;
- Excellent command of the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro;
- Interested in design, e-commerce, advertising and social media innovations;
- Interested in AI tools and actively use them in daily work;
- Able to create not only beautiful, but also commercially logical visuals;
- Have experience in creating packaging design;
- Have excellent written and verbal Lithuanian and English language skills;
- Love a fast pace, challenges and creative sprints.
