WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
We are not only looking for someone who is technically capable of completing a task. We want a creative team member who is interested in what is happening in the world of design and communication, has ideas, is not afraid to propose them and understands that good design should not only look good, but also help achieve the communication goal.
- You will create visual content for social networks, digital advertising and other communication channels;
- You will create and adapt visuals for different marketing campaigns and formats;
- You will contribute to the development and consistency of Fi Clinica's visual identity;
- You will generate creative ideas for campaigns, social media content and other marketing projects;
- You will work with photos - their selection, retouching and preparation for communication;
- You will contribute to the creation of short-form videos, "Reels", animated and other dynamic content;
- I will collaborate with the marketing team, photographers, video creators and other partners;
- You will follow trends in graphic design, social networks, advertising and visual communication and look for ways to meaningfully apply them in our communication;
- You will be interested in new creative and AI tools that can help you create faster, more interesting and more effectively;
- You will create and adapt visual communication in Lithuanian and English.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Experience in graphic design and visual communication;
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, composition, color and typography;
- Very good skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.);
- An advantage – the ability to work with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva or other modern creative tools;
- The ability not only to receive a task, but also to propose an idea and a visual solution yourself;
- Interest in innovations and a desire to constantly learn;
- Creativity, initiative, diligence and attention to detail;
- The ability to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- The ability to accept feedback, discuss and together find the best solution;
- Good command of English – the ability to understand and independently work with communicative content in English;
- And, of course, a portfolio that will tell us more about you than a CV.
