A creative, curious, aesthetically-minded GRAPHIC DESIGNER who would complement the Magrė team with their ideas, initiative and modern approach.

Nature of work:
- You will retouch and prepare photos for various marketing channels.
- You will create and layout promotional materials: flyers, catalogs, posters, banners, price lists, etc.
- You will create visual communication for the company, following the brand guidelines.
- You will create visuals for social networks and promotional campaign materials.
- You will prepare and update visual materials for the website and e-store.
- You will prepare product photographs, illustrations and other graphic elements for marketing.
- You will cooperate with printing houses, advertising producers and other suppliers.
- You will contribute to the implementation of new visual ideas and creative solutions.
- If you know how to create and edit videos - this will be a great advantage.
- You will also perform other tasks related to design and marketing.
We hope you:
- Have at least 2 years of graphic design experience.
- Have a portfolio of completed work – this is a must.
- You are proficient in the main Adobe programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Know how to work with Canva and CapCut.
- You are able to use AI (artificial intelligence) tools, especially image generation and editing programs, such as Magnific or similar.
- You are interested in new design technologies and are not afraid to learn new tools.
- You communicate and write well in Lithuanian.
- You are independent, responsible and organized.
- You are able to make decisions quickly and independently find solutions to tasks.
- You know how to plan your time and meet agreed deadlines.
- You have a higher / higher education, preferably in graphic design or a related field.
We will especially appreciate:
- Video creation and editing skills.
- Experience in creating visuals for social networks and advertising campaigns.
- Ability to work not only with Photoshop, but also with various modern creative and AI tools.
- Active interest in the latest trends in design and visual communication.
