What you'll do

• Produce Lidl weekly leaflets and advertising materials (digital and printed) considering the brand book and campaign planning
  
• Manage high-volume workflows with keen attention to detail and technical precision
  
• Participate in the preparation of new design drafts and ideas
  
• Regularly follow advertising activities of other Lidl countries and competitors
  
• Cooperate with all marketing department teams to ensure efficient information flow and exchange acros Baltics
  

About you

• Good skills working with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to learn new programs
  
• Fluent Lithuanian and very good English knowledge
  
• Higher education, final year student or completed studies/trainings in graphic design, communication or media
  
• Conceptual creativity driven by technical precision
  
• Ability to work within the guidelines and meet strict weekly deadlines
  
• High sense of responsibility and ability to adapt changing situations – advertising changes
