Your responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and continuously improve returns and warranty service processes in the Baltic States;
- Ensure effective cooperation with warranty service partners and services;
- Represent the company's interests in negotiations, seeking favorable terms of cooperation;
- Analyze returns, claims and compensation data and initiate solutions to reduce them;
- Manage returned and damaged goods processes and their sales channels;
- Prepare analyses and reports, provide insights to other functions of the organization;
- Initiate and implement process improvement and efficiency improvement projects;
- Ensure the provision of relevant information about returns and warranty service to customers;
- Lead the team;
- Manage the department's budget and ensure cost control.

- You have a university degree or higher;
- You have several years of managerial experience (preferably in customer service, service or operations management);
- You have experience in process development, optimization and project management;
- You are analytical and able to make data-based decisions;
- You have excellent organizational, planning and priority management skills;
- You are able to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners;
- You are able to communicate in English;
- You have strong leadership, communication and team building skills;
- You are proactive, responsible and result-oriented.
