We are looking for a Returns Manager to administer returns, help resolve discrepancies in shipments, and ensure that each returned item reaches its proper destination.

🐸 WHAT WILL YOU DO IN OUR TEAM?

  • Administration of customer returns, undelivered, incorrect, or damaged shipments;
  • Verification of the identity, configuration, and visible condition of returned items;
  • Coordination of further movement of goods to the store, warehouse, service, or supplier;
  • Verification and updating of returns data, documents, and statuses in systems;
  • Resolving discrepancies between goods and shipments together with the warehouse, service, and delivery teams;
  • Preparation of claims for couriers, collection of necessary documents and evidence and tracking of responses;
  • Monitoring of unfinished cases and deadlines until the final decision.

🐸 BRIEFLY ABOUT DAILY WORK:

  • In this position, it is important to notice discrepancies, clarify the circumstances and ensure that the issue is resolved to the end.
  • The work includes both information administration in systems and physical inspection of returned goods. You will need to cooperate with colleagues every day, follow pending decisions and help suitable goods return to trade as soon as possible. 🐸

📍 WORK PLACE AND TIME

Work place: Galinės g. 8, Galinės k., Vilnius district, new "Transekspedicija" warehouses.
Arrival to work: by own car.

Working hours: full-time, 7:00–15:30 or 8:00–16:30. Weekends and holidays are free!

  • Feedback. We will inform each candidate personally about the selection results.

  • Careful in checking goods, documents and data;
  • Ability to organize one's work, set priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Responsibility and consistency in solving problems;
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing;
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn how to use the systems required for the job;
  • Ability to remain calm in non-standard situations and collaborate with different teams.
  • Experience in returns administration, warehouse, logistics or customer service would be an advantage.
