Our fast food restaurant in Romainiai is looking for a responsible, energetic and people-loving manager who will not only oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, but also create a cozy atmosphere for the team and our customers.
What will you do?

• Organize and coordinate the daily work of the restaurant;
• Resolve customer situations and take care of their good experience;
• Assemble, motivate and develop the restaurant team;
• Plan employee schedules, contribute to selections and training of new colleagues;
• Monitor food quality, hygiene and sanitary requirements;
• Analyze sales, achieve set goals and look for ways to improve results;
• Cooperate with suppliers and oversee a smooth supply process;
• Provide ideas and suggestions that will help the restaurant grow.
