Nature of work
UAB "Loparus" is looking for a demolition manager with practical experience in the field of demolition.
Main tasks:
Main tasks:
- search for demolition objects and works for stone quarries;
- inspection of objects and evaluation of works;
- preparation of estimates and commercial offers;
- participation in public procurement;
- coordination of demolition objects from the beginning of work to completion;
- coordination of equipment, employees, transport and subcontractors;
- management of demolition, waste, GPAIS and other necessary documentation;
- reconciliation of object costs, income and results;
- solving current problems at the object.
Employee requirements
- experience in the field of demolition works is essential;
- knowledge of demolition works and their organization;
- understanding of environmental protection and construction waste management;
- experience with GPAIS and related documentation;
- experience in public procurement;
- ability to calculate work and prepare a proposal;
- good communication and organizational skills;
- independence and ability to solve problems.
