Employee requirements
Demolition Manager
Planning, organizing and daily supervision of demolition work at the site.
Drawing up a schedule for demolition work, controlling deadlines and ensuring compliance with the schedule.
Controlling the quality, deadlines and technological processes of demolition work.
Ordering, planning and controlling the supply of construction materials.
Filling in an electronic construction log.
Ensuring employee safety and health requirements at the site.
Negotiations with subcontractors, coordinating their work and controlling the work performed.
Communication with designers, technical maintenance, suppliers and the client.
Managing construction documentation and ensuring the progress of the project.
Requirements for the employee
Higher/higher engineering education in construction or a similar field
Knowledge of construction technological processes
Work experience (at least 3 years)
Qualification certificate (preferred)
Good computer skills (Office, CAD)
Independence, organization, problem-solving skills
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, construction processes, Lithuanian legislation and construction work regulations (advantage).
