Our client, the company "Baltic Company" is one of the largest distributors of makeup and skin care cosmetics. The brands distributed by the company can be purchased in major perfume and drugstore chains, in the highest quality retail and online stores and pharmacies.
Currently, "Baltic Company" is expanding and invites a Beauty Consultant to join the team in cosmetic salons in Vilnius, who would work with the Dear Dahlia, Murad and StriVectin brands💄✨️🎀

So if you:
- Have work experience in retail with cosmetics or luxury goods;
- Have a strong orientation towards results and are interested in make-up;
- Have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills;
- You communicate correctly in Lithuanian and have good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage);
- A responsible attitude towards work and people, activity, honesty and independence are your calling card,
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Representation of Dear Dahlia, Murad and StriVectin brands in stores;
- Creating strong and long-term relationships with clients, providing impeccable service according to established standards;
- Proper arrangement of goods in the stands, ensuring cleanliness and order of the workplace;
- Participation in events and various promotions, increasing brand awareness;
- Providing sales reports to the management;
- Participation in periodical trainings and seminars;
- Execution of set goals and sales plans.
