Nature of work
- Welcoming customers and providing professional service
- Registering and administering visits in the system
- Organizing the smooth work of the salon and the team
- Delivering services to customers live, by phone and e-mail
- Managing documents and daily reports
- Working with the cash register
- Assisting the manager in organizing the daily activities of the salon
Employee requirements
- Experience in customer service or administration (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian - an advantage
- Ability to independently organize work and solve everyday situations
- Computer literacy
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and maintain order
- Orientation to results, sales and quality customer service
- Responsibility, punctuality, diligence and independence
- Positive communication and presentable appearance
