Nature of work

Ensuring smooth grain reception, cleaning, drying, storage and preparation for shipment.
Maintenance, adjustment and control of operating parameters of technological equipment (conveyors, cleaning, drying, storage and unloading towers).
Continuous monitoring of processes, compliance with quality standards and striving for the best efficiency of grain sorting and cleaning.
Identification and prompt resolution of emerging technical and technological problems.
Maintaining a tidy work environment and ensuring safe operation of equipment.

Work experience in the field of production or with production equipment is an advantage.
Work experience in a grain elevator is an advantage.
Tractor driver's license.
Ability to work with a computer and independently organize one's work.
Effective cooperation with colleagues, responsibility, honesty and initiative.
Efficiency, desire to take care of order and cleanliness in one's workplace.
Motivation to improve in one's professional field.
