What will you do in this position?
- you will actively carry out grain purchases from farmers in the assigned region and ensure the execution of contracts;
- you will ensure a successful grain purchasing process from the submission of the offer to the arrival of the goods at the company's warehouse and the collection of customer feedback;
- you will monitor and record market changes, the competitive environment and customer needs;
- you will negotiate grain purchase prices;
- you will ensure the proper process of signing documents;
- you will provide your customers with information and serve them by phone, email or in person.
We hope that:
- you have a higher university education;
- work experience in the agricultural sector/grain procurement would be an advantage;
- you are able to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- you have excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
- you have expert knowledge in a specific field (agriculture, grain market);
- you like to work independently.
