UAB “Geoanalizė” is looking for a SOIL LABORATORY SPECIALIST to join the team in Kaunas.

And no, you don’t have to be a geologist.
If you are a person who likes to understand how and why everything works, you are diligent, responsible and want to learn a really interesting job – we will teach you.

What will you do?

You will work in a soil research laboratory and gradually learn to perform various laboratory tests, from simple to complex.

The results of the tests are used in real construction and infrastructure projects – so your work will not be “just work in the laboratory”. Solutions to real projects will depend on your diligence.

No experience? No problem.

We will:

teach you how to perform all the necessary tests;
introduce you to laboratory equipment and work methodologies;
explain the standards and the entire research process;
we will help you understand not only what needs to be done, but also why it is done.
What are we looking for?

Not a diploma with a specific specialty.

We are looking for someone who is:

Inquisitive – not afraid to ask and wants to understand.
Meticulous – notices what others do not notice.
Responsible – understands that there is no “just about” in the laboratory.
Ambitious – wants to learn and grow, not just do what is told.
Patient – some things take time and practice.
Thinking – able to analyze, notice discrepancies and look for reasons.

Experience in a laboratory, geology, construction or engineering would be an advantage, but not necessary.

The most important thing is your attitude and desire to learn.

Working hours:
Part-time and flexible work schedule possible.

Salary:
