Nature of work
- implementation of a compliance management system in the Group and formation of a compliance management culture;
- coordination of personal data protection, market abuse prevention, artificial intelligence, anti-corruption activities, mobilization preparation issues in the Group;
- organization and coordination of the activities of the Audit Committee;
- identification of compliance risks, submission of proposals for compliance risk management, preparation of reports to collegial bodies on compliance management issues;
- management of the compliance team of UAB "EPSO-G" and coordination of the activities of compliance colleagues of the Group companies.
Employee requirements
- higher university degree or equivalent in law or another social science field;
- work experience in compliance, risk management;
- experience in team management;
- analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to manage information flows;
- excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- advantages - work in an important company or large organization (with subsidiaries) or in a matrix structure, experience of working with collegial bodies.

EUR 5,400–6,500 (tax included), depending on competencies and experience.
