Nature of work
- Coaching and motivating employees to perform work tasks properly;
- Organizing and moderating group sessions;
- Initiating root cause analyses within the team;
- Tracking and analyzing group performance indicators, organizing shift handovers;
- Collaborating with responsible individuals to achieve agreed production goals;
- Collecting and sharing information from production foremen and other managers to the team, solving problems.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in a similar position, knowledge of the operation of automatic production lines;
- Proactivity, good organizational skills;
- Excellent teamwork skills, willingness to take responsibility;
- Computer literacy;
- Ability to work in shifts (morning, day and night shifts after 8 am) as needed on weekends, on a flexible schedule;
- Basics of English.
