We are looking for a Group Tax Manager who would ensure effective tax management across the group, manage tax risks and be an important partner in making strategic business decisions. We invite you to join our team.

WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:

  • Management of corporate income tax, VAT and other tax obligations in Lithuania and abroad
  • Coordination of Lithuanian and international employee taxation (EIT) issues
  • Identification and management of tax risks
  • Cooperation with tax authorities and external consultants in Lithuania and abroad
  • Resolution of transfer pricing, double taxation, permanent establishment (PE) and other international tax issues
  • Consulting with management and participation in making strategic business decisions

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of taxation
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate tax, VAT and employee taxation (GPM)
  • Experience in resolving international taxation issues
  • Experience working in an international group of companies or a tax consulting company
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical thinking, initiative and business awareness
